PRAYER REQUEST FOR A FRIEND PREGNANT WITH TWINS

I have a friend- her name is Anne. SHe is pregnant with twins. She has been high risk from day one. One reason she has had a few miscarriages in the past and 2nd their major concern was that for some unknow reasonher cervix was disintegrating and they didn't know why.They were worried the babies could fall out(which is waht she told me) She was on total bed rest(to keep the pressure off her survex) but had to go to Portland every week for an ultra sound. Two weeks ago they found that her bed rest at home wasn't enough and wanted to do surgery. She went to Portland for surgery and was stitched closed. While she was there they decided that she wasn't laying down enough so they kept in the hospital. She is in Portland until she has the babies(they are girls by the way). SHe is due in Feb. They were planning to take the babies in Dec at 7 months. I guess they also decided that she probably wouldn't make is past 24 weeks. Which is at the end of Oct. They're hoping to get her as far as they can. She is totally bored. Has no choice to be there in the hosp. Her family is from the Lew/Aub area not Portland. SHe isn't able to see her husband everyday due to his work. SHe's very lonely. It would be nice if they could transfer her closer to home. Anyways- please pray that she can carry those girls as long as she can so they will be born healthy. Pray for her own well- being. I'm gonna try and go visit and see how she's hangin in. SHe is such a sweet person who deserves to have these two little girls in her life. SHe's gonna be a great mommy!~~Thanks you-- Linda
