Gotta love the bank when they mess up and "THEY" send you a check instead of you having to send them one! LOL!!! Last year my taxes went up..so I had to put more $$$ into my escrow account..guess they made me pay too much & sent me a nice little check today. I almost didn't open the envelope..glad I did. :)
